• Monitor and maintain the development communication with suppliers. • Review and communicate design, fit and construction comments to the Supplier & maintain the seasonal style design comment sheet at each sample stage. • Monitor & track the samples, trims, fabric, print, and color development approvals to/from Suppliers and internal communication. • Responsible for costing negotiations with the Suppliers to meet or exceed margin targets. • Create and manage all development WIP’s weekly. • Work closely with design team to ensure all tech packs are correct and met the product goal’s. • Create and maintain all line sheets with correct CAD’s and style info when necessary. • Prepare and measure all samples that come in from vendors • Manage and run all fittings with the fit model. Properly taking notes and communicating those notes to the vendors in a timely manner. • Establish and manage time and action calendars to hit target delivery dates.

• Communicate with suppliers and vendors on pertinent design and development related issues. • Create and manage all development WIP’s weekly and ensuring all vendors send updated WIP’s. • Prepare and review all S/O’s, lab dips, and samples with designers and team. • Work closely with design team to ensure all tech packs meet the product’s goal’s and update any tech pack including art, construction, and special call outs. • Create and maintain all line sheets with correct CAD’s and update CAD’s, style info, and style numbers when necessary. • Participate in fittings with designers and communicate all comments to vendors in a timely manner.

•Communicate with sourcing offices and vendors daily on pertinent design, development, delivery, and/or cost related issues. • Establish and monitor time and action calendars to hit target delivery dates and negotiate costs to meet target margin goals. • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets weekly, including line lists and WIP/Trackers. • Prepare and measure incoming samples for fit sessions an meetings. • Compile information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, stitch, and trim into fit comment documents. • Work with Design to ensure technical packages are comprehensive and meet product's goals for delivery, function, and fit.

•Prepare and measure incoming samples for fit sessions an meetings. • Coordinate, create and communicate daily fit schedules with Technical Designers, Designers, Developers, Fit Models, and Agencies. • Maintain, organize and track incoming and outgoing samples for the department. • Interface with the Technical Designers and Product Development Teams to ensure all deadlines are met. • Partner with the Technical Design Team during Fit Model selection process, measuring, and invoice management.

• Compile information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, stitch, and trim into fit comment documents. • Accurately measure garments to identify any fit issues. • Collaborate with vendors on fit construction and problem-solve current and/or potential fit issues to avoid any inconsistencies in fit. • Execute fit comments in a timely manner. • Provide call-outs and critiques during fittings to verify that all issues are identified. • Issue grading guidelines to vendors after fit approval to ensure quality is kept consistent for the entirety of the production phase.
