-Recruitment and hiring of 10 faculty members & 12 life drawing models per session
-Recruitment and scheduling of 7-10 visiting artists per session
-Special event planning
-Served as panelist for student selection committee & merit/need based scholarship awards
-Liaison between CSSSA administration, animation faculty, students, and parents
-Department budget manager
-Manage inventory of dept. supplies, equipment, and technology
-Research and compilation of annual supply order including estimates from competing vendors
-Management of full-time, part-time faculty and guest artists while program is in session
-Create student course schedules & faculty work schedules
-Oversee and collaborate on curriculum planning with animation faculty
-Instruct class courses
-Plan and supervise department field trip
-Monitor student progress and work with other department chairpersons to develop an interdisciplinary and/or multi-disciplinary program
-Development of relevant resources packet with dept. faculty to support our students post-csssa in their efforts to maintain self-care as working artists, apply for college / internships / festivals, diversify their experience, develop their craft, etc.
-Organize annual student exhibition and end of session showcase
-Maintain archive of yearly student reel
