I guess you'd call me a problem solver – after all, marketing is all about deeply understanding an audience and how products or services can solve their problems and make their lives better.

I'm uniquely capable of speaking both creative and business, product and marketing. I love working with others and getting folks to rally around a common objective. Ideally, that goal influenced by the voice of the customer and not just the bottom line. This can be difficult, especially within highly regulated fields, but I’ve got you covered.Although my first degree is in design, I have always been interested in science and technology, especially growing up with a disabled sister. I saw how innovations made her and my parent's lives easier, so I finally decided to go back to school to become a nurse. Though nursing school wasn't quite the right fit, the world of innovation to improve lives still excited me. How could I use my design and marketing talents within this regulated space? I saw an opportunity to combine passion and experience (especially in other regulated fields), so I decided to start down a path to apply my extensive background in marketing and design to create solutions for B2C and B2B companies. My goal? Helping them forge meaningful connections with their customers and ultimately, create positive change through the power of science and technology. My specialty is bringing together cross functional teams to rally around the same goal - let's do something that's never been done before! And when I'm not working• I'm in the midst of finishing my masters from Rochester Institute of Technology with an emphasis on marketing and leadership.• I currently volunteer for my local chapter of PMI and am on the marketing committee for Pasadena Humane, a local no-kill animal shelter. •Built CRM offers & loyalty program for over 25 million weekly recipients in Salesforce, driving 60% of total marketing target revenue. Performance strategy, including ongoing targeting, data analysis, creative redesign and data integration efforts saw customer engagement grow 80% YoY. •Increased merchant offers engagement by 25% and reduced implementation time by 19% by pioneering enablement of personalized offers in email dynamically using AI models to recommend the most relevant offer and message for targeted customers via Salesforce CRM. •Spearheaded strategy and deployment of full channel marketing plan in partnership with Macy’s to maximize return on marketing spend via email, in app and paid media. Campaign increased in store transactions 3x and resulted in a 135% increase in new customers. • Led cross-functional teams of 10+ FTEs, driving growth through content marketing and sales enablement materials. • Launch a global customer survey to gather in-depth insights into customer needs and desires. The findings directly informed the development of a new customer lifecycle strategy which resulted in exceeding margin goals by 14%.

• Built a worldwide environmental branding program + toolkit across 300+ offices, spanning 96 countries and focused on marketing through branded distribution and sales centers, corporate headquarters, and events. • Improved customer engagement with social platforms by 36% during events by using data decisioning to repost certain customer UGC. • Implemented RFP process for third party vendor services which resulted in budget savings of $25K per event or over $1M in totality. • Increased customer retention by 11% by optimizing nutrition & wellness product positioning and CRM marketing campaigns via a robust testing strategy across email and paid media using Braze. • Led a team of 5 in scaling go-to-marketing strategy for new B2B wellness supplement into international distributor market resulting in exceeding product adoption goals by 7% and revenue targets by 5%.

• Conceptualized and produced B2B event for 250 VIPs to attract and retain top clients. Data analysis showed highest attendance to date and 8% above target for lead generation. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams and external agency to develop product messaging and content for new product launch across direct mail, paid media and social channels that increased sales by 14%. • Improved workflow efficiency 27% by implementing Adobe’s digital asset management system, including the use of tags and naming conventions. •Mentored, managed, and scaled creative services team from one designer to a group of 8, including freelancers, in-house designers and project managers.
