-Assembling and updating Tech Packs -CADs for Fall 2018 line

- Organize sample shipments by following catalog of styles in it's correct order to be displayed for meetings - Maintain organization and cleanliness of offices and stock rooms

- Design Girls and Boys clothing for Tony Hawk and Point Cove divisions in a team setting - Re-color artwork and create line sheets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Update style information working with multiple deadlines

- Input style information in NGC PLM system - Attend fittings and fabric meetings to work with Patternmakers for style updates - Trend research for the lines La Blanca, Hobie, Bikini Lab, Cremieux - Create sample tickets and put them up to cut - Create CADs and trend boards using Illustrator and Photoshop

o Design Junior and Missy clothing for line using trend research o Source fabric and trims from local vendors o Create Bill of Materials and Purchase Orders using Excel and Adobe Illustrator o Place patterns to cut for samples and oversee in-house sample making o Organize fabric inventory with filing system o Deliver samples to Buyers in Los Angeles

o Put together samples and ship dresses to Buyers for the Dresses Department by creating line sheets o Order trims and fabric from vendors for sample making o Manage deadlines of production of all dresses accounts o Check-in fabric and trims as orders come in and maintain their organization o Work on Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and A2000 PDM for daily functions o Ensure patterns are correct for in-house cutting and sewing and following tech-packs for embellishments, accessories and fabrics approval specifications

o Working with software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Filemaker Pro for data entry o Filing and organizing of faculty paperwork. Delivering of documents to offices across campus
