I sold to and serviced a territory of accounts as well as drove territory growth and profitability. Assisting outside sales rep and working with our operations team to give the most service possible to our customers. Also building and continuing good relations with the accounts.

I provided customer service for accounts and servicing/assisting sales representatives as well as maintain product warranties. Processing return authorizations, credit and debit memos was also part of my daily duties.

Stockroom management/receiving product, I organized and helped managed the stockroom. Received and shipped product as well as processed and place onto sales floor. Helped with merchandising and product directives. I was a sales associate in the retail stores, worked in mutiple locations including the store at the corporate office.

I initially was employed as a sales associate then progressed to Board Room Manager. Emphasized on sales of our hard goods business and also provided customer service, product placement, merchandised and managed inventory. Worked for a period of time on the e-commerce side of the business fulfilling orders for our online store. I successfully motivated coworkers through positive morale to increase sales.
