• Implemented ISO 20400, 9001, 14001, 45001, 28000, 31000, 55000 and 47.020.01, Supply Chain & Logistics Management Systems for Warehouse, Transportation and Procurement with staff training under instituted “best practices” reducing inventory by 37% while increasing sales. • Provided inspired leadership of the company wide, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy reporting to the board of directors and keep them assured all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored with laws and regulations compliance, worked with the executive board to determine values and mission and plan for short and long term goals identifying and address problems and opportunities for the company.
