My time at Clif Bar allowed me incredible opportunities to work in Experience Marketing in many different roles. From field work directly with consumers to behind the scenes as Marketing Operations Manager, to finally fulfilling a dream role on the Sports Marketing Team as an athlete and program manager. I worked on inspiring and fulfilling projects from conception to roll out. Collaborating with various teams and invoking curiosity into the cross platform elements marking successful launches.

Extensive involvement in training and managing 65 volunteers as Venue Protocol Assistants for the duration of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Vancouver BC Canada. Adept at high pressure problem solving and resolution. Successfully fulfill clear, concise and consistent facilitation of protocol at a competition and non-competition venue. Deliver a high level of customer service for Olympic and Paralympic Families. Navigate planning into operational stages throughout the Games.

Versatile leader with over 10 years of experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction for clients from multiple backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Deep and meaningful experience working as a guide, mentor, and cultural liaison between my guests and local customs internationally. Responsible for the development, maintenance and success of select trips in Tuscany, Italian Riviera and Italian Dolomites.
