Independently operate the on-site print shop for Sun Powersports; which includes operating and maintaining Roland print + cut machine and other equipment, ordering print production materials, and designing and producing promotional stickers, banners, wall and window graphics, parts & accessories displays, and dirt bike graphics. Works closely with the consumer in creating motocross graphics, logos, banners, and t-shirts. Manages dealership ad planning and manufacturer co-op and designs ads for use with both print and digital media advertisers. Maintenance of marketing media tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and dealership website. Management of new-hire prospects via ZipRecruiter and Indeed. Plan on and off-site events and organize expo booth space including Fan Fest for the Thunder Valley Pro Motocross National, Colorado Motorcycle Expo, Sportsman's Expo, Denver Boat Show, Arenacross, Endurocross, and more. Maintain website and inventory, as well as post units to Craigslist and Cycle Trader across our six brands (Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Polaris, Can-Am, and Harley-Davidson). Valid Colorado Sales License to speak to customers about new products and ultimately convert friendly conversations to sales.

Manage and coordinate graphic design projects including motocross graphics, bicycle stickers, vehicle wraps, poster design, and marketing strategy. Work closely with clients to inspire creative direction, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines.
