At Chrome my position was responsible for overall performance of Chrome Hubs (9 nationwide) including monitoring and increasing profit and productivity. I helped lead the development and delivery of all strategies related to HUB processes, logistics, budgets, customer experience, and retail store deployment and developments. Continually and proactively improved operational processes and infrastructure while improving customer experience to increase sales and profits. Another large part of my role was being the direct report for all retail locations and the teams within them (65+ employees). I was a lead manager on 6 of our retail locations build and openings. Contributed in helping with build, budget, timeline, staffing, and deployment. Acted as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Supported daily HR activities including recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, and assisted in coordinating HR policies.

2005 – 2011

Was responsible for growth, sales, and team management in stores. With my 6+ years with the Zumiez team I worked hard and committed to personal growth as a manager. This job skilled me in customer service, driving sales, and also most importantly motivating and recruiting a dedicated sales and management team. There were a few large events and milestones I lead. Driving sales in the winter snowboard season in my store and accomplished becoming a snow lab, which at the time was only around 50 locations out of 500. My location also hosted the large Couch Tour event that traveled to only 10 locations and was part of a award winning stop in the year I hosted.

2008 – 2009

Was part of the opening team for the Michigan Ave. Oakley location. Helped with recruitment and training of a high caliber sales team. I also worked closely with the SM to manage sales, team, and also largely inventory. Also worked with special off site events with Oakley and managing them. (Chicago Marathon, Races)
