In my own words

Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a very active, very positive, life loving person. Anything I can do to stay active and healthy, I do. I love being outdoors, surfing, skating, snowboarding, practicing martial arts, yoga, running, hiking, mountain biking, etc. If I am not out exploring the globe, I really enjoy cooking and creating things; I am a seamstress and love to create products for myself and friends in my free time. I am a dependable and exceptionally creative self starter, and ready to work hard!

I achieved a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics and a concentration in Statistics. I really enjoy working with Excel and staying organized. I have obtained my AASI level 1 in snowboard instructing and earned my black belt in Tae Kwan Do. I am 200 hr RYT certified in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a certification in Thai Yoga.
