Passionate about helping brands connect with consumers through experiential company branded brick & mortar retail stores, which I believe are the "window to the soul of the brand" and the most engaging way a consumer can connect with brands.

I have 15+ years experience building retail (and other) businesses from A - Z, and love it all - Location site selection, lease negotiation, pro forma financial creation & analysis, store design, project management, store build-out, the store opening and then creating a path for store success and financial profitability through operational oversight, management and sales training.

I love what I do and looking to combine these skills with my other passions in outdoor action sports.

Areas of expertise: I have opened and/or operated 40+ stores throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Florida, California & Texas Site select new company branded retail stores for the Cariloha and Del Sol brands. Run pro forma financial projections, negotiate leases and work with the contractor and design team to open new stores. Once operational, I direct all functions of the business and open additional wholesale accounts.
