Lead a range of our important business priorities, delivered through cross-functional projects that land on time and within budget. This includes the initiation and planning of projects as well as supporting our operational leaders through to delivery. Engaging widely across the business and the globe I align teams delivering commitments on initiatives that directly support our Xero strategy, ensuring a positive Xero experience for both internal and external customers. Driving 2-3 critical projects at a time from project scope to technology feasibility across our customer operations, strategy and execution and go to market teams.
M&A Integration Program Coordinator and Performance Reporting
Xero2018 – 2020
I implement and manage the IMO’s programmatic efforts throughout all areas of the Xero and Hubdoc organizations, globally and regionally, to achieve the commercial and product vision of the Hubdoc acquisition and all other acquisitions. The implementation and reporting provides transparency for decision making, accountability, and support execution of each of the workstream’s and IMO goals, milestones and deliverables.

I engage in regular phone and email communication with accounting partners to turn curiosity into sales of Xero accounting solutions. This includes regular follow up to continue to nurture their growth and our relationship. Develop their interest and - through education - help to create a business plan to use all available resources to ensure deeper adoption of Xero. Nurture relationships with partners by organizing and attending events. Work closely with multiple sales teams to mature partner relationships. Manage multiple ongoing projects with, and related to, accounting partners. Ongoing development in a very fast paced and constantly changing environment.
