— KristenI work for the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA), where I run the Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy (SYFLA), a six-month immersive educational experience geared toward entry and mid-level career employees in the outdoor industry.
The program curriculum includes several components: Personal Development, Professional Development, Industry Trends & Education, and all participants are paired with an executive-level mentor in the industry.
