-Work directly with clients to portray conceptualized images of current campaigns -Work creatively with photographers to come up with unique and out-of-the-box images -Communicate with designers, showrooms, and boutiques to aid in supplying wardrobe and accessory samples -Work directly with models from casting to final styling touches -Pick-up and drop-off of samples and props -Steaming and alterations of products -Remain on set for the entire length of the photoshoot helping wherever it is needed
Office/Administrative Manager

-Work directly under the EVP to handle daily office administrative duties (process credit card statements, order office supplies, process mail, schedule company meetings, maintain company organization charts) -Coordinate tradeshow events from booth logistics and graphics, to booking flights/hotels and dinner meetings -Organize quarterly sales meetings from facility location to sales rep travel to evening activities -Work closely with sales and marketing to develop in-store visuals/POP, negotiate quotes with vendors, place purchase orders, and distribute the products amongst sales reps and accounts -Maintain inventory and logistics of in-store fixtures while replenishing, updating and correcting issues as needed
