Jett Development is a Design Consultancy specialized in snow, street, and dirt Powersports/Motosports. My daily tasks involve Concepting, Tech Pack creation using Illustrator, 3D Modeling, Rapid Prototyping, and constant communication with our Product Developers, as well as our Design Director.

As a Senior Industrial Designer I am tasked as Project Lead where I delegate tasks in a team format. I oversee design, provide instruction to Junior Designers and coordinate with Product Development to ensure we meet production timelines accordingly. Simultaneously I perform my own duties which include Concept Drawings, Colorways, Tech Packs, Revisions, and communication with customers. I wear many hats and also take care of all CAD in-house which includes injection molded parts, compression molded foams, and rubber TPR branded badging. With several products out to market in the Outdoor industry, I can operate as on my own, or drive a team to success for both hard goods and softgoods. In the aisles, I was the face of The Home Depot and maintained a professional dialogue with every customer. With a general knowledge of home improvement, my task was to assist customers in purchasing, as well as provide instructions, for their DIY home improvement projects. I specialized in the Plumbing department, but occasionally lent out a hand in other departments such as Paint, and Garden.

CAD Technician

At Aqua Lab Aquaria I was tasked with generating Orthographics, as well as 3 Dimensional models, of their existing aquarium and vivarium units. These units include: glass or acrylic tanks, filtration components, light mounting hardware, and the furniture that the tanks are mounted on. Since it is a small business it is very much hands on.

Moose Racing- MTB Tailgate Pad

Tasked with creating Moose’s first MTB line, a universal tailgate pad was a necessary add on to any truck owner who wants to throw a bike on quickly. 1” thick foam, tarpauline water and abrasion resistant material. Fits any truck and has an expandable flip down panel for taller tailgates. Also, custom compression foam molded frame straps to secure a frame from sliding around while driving.

Moose Racing- SX1 Glove

Inspired by supercross, this glove features stretch materials with built in spandex stretch pointer and middle finger panels for full dexterity when operating levers. The compression molded foam wrist keeps a tight seal from the elements, yet also features perforations to allow air flow.

Moose Racing- Roller Gear Bag

This thing is MASSIVE and purposely built to fit every piece of equipment used for off-road riding. With a modular shelf system, use it as a stand alone main compartment, or as a divided and organized standing locker with a built in changing mat.

Moose Racing- “Agroid” Pant

Race pant meant for those that desire a performance race fit. Designed from the ground up, materials, construction, and graphic design all the way down to Tech Pack. This hybrid pant is the preferred choice for the GNCC racer, or just your weekend warrior wanting a tighter fit on the trail.

The idea was to keep logo placement simple, while still making noise beneath. Digital sublimation allows the usage of fades without involving halftones.

XCR Guard Jersey

DOT rated armor for off road use. Personally Crash Tested and trusted to absorb impacts off-road. Breathable compression stretch mesh for use underneath a jersey.

Moose Racing- “Agroid” Jersey

Intended for racing, this GNCC inspired jersey provides a rider with precut hydration hose ready slots, ready to run a lumbar hydration fanny bladder. 4 way stretch polyester materials, a moisture wicking mesh backside, and organically shaped side seams for the contours of the body.

Moose Racing- MTB Knee Guard

A compression style sleeve with dedicated left and right custom dye cut impact foam knees. The perforated knee foam maintains a lightweight feel that also features a 3 point cinch elastic cinch system that stays in place as you pedal. Throw it on under a pant, or wear it with shorts, proven and tested.

Arctiva- “Pivot” Jacket

Fully seam sealed DWR coated snowmobile jacket designed for cold snowy environments in backcountry trails where the sun may, or may not shine. The 3M “thinsulate” keeps the heat in, or a rider can also take advantage of the built in YKK aqua guard vent zippers when airflow is needed

Moose Racing- Youth “Vaporwave” Helmet Graphic

Inspired by the music genre “Vaporwave” this takes after the now nostalgic 80s-90s era in which loud vibrant colors dominated the market.
