• Spearheaded new Preflight Process of all wine label artwork to the printer • Developed a Bottle Spec Form that made communicating with the bottling line more efficient • Responsible for processing all wine label artwork files to ensure they were print ready; ensured Pantone colors are specced correctly and artwork was layered properly • In charge of specifying dry goods such as capsule colors, corks, and label heights • Revised wine label artwork for re-bottles; updated alcohol by volume, appellation, vintage, and copy • Updated Trade Sales Collateral such as Sell Sheets on a monthly basis, and as needed as wine competition award winners became available • Responsible for the production of monthly in-box Direct To Consumer collateral • Managed the digital asset library; maintained work in progress files and archived collateral, images, and wine label artwork.
