Kendall Pollard

I am responsible for creating and managing physical and chemical testing lists for all seasons for garment testing and calling out necessary fabric or performance testing. I have my hand in multiple projects for RDS Down certification, Organic Cotton, GB testing for China goods, and communication with our EU and OZ teams for all compliance testing questions and inquires. I am also responsible for setting up seasonal apparel/accessory hand overs and compliance reviews to ensure developers are aware of all testing necessary on their garments. I help manage warranty claims made on both apparel and accessories. Warranty claims and solutions are communicated and handled by my team, working with sales to order product.

My main objective was customer service. I was working with and interacting with customers in the employee store, then quickly transitioning into the role of receptionist. My days were split in half. I dealt with incoming and outgoing mail and calls, helped HR with I-9 purges and input employee information.
