— KellyDifferent positions have come between my start in the industry as a production assistant 16 years ago, to today as a design manager and headwear designer.
From production and development, when I had to communicate with the overseas factories on a daily basis, to SMU design where your world becomes hectic and unpredictable. To a lead designer and developer of an up and coming brand and getting to see and go through what it’s like to start from scratch. They have all helped me get the well-rounded library of industry knowledge I have today.

I managed the team's VLPs and workload calendars. I also created the CADs and techpacks for all riders and teams worldwide. That came out to over 750 SKU's per year.
I engineered all the artwork and graphics for our riders as well as designed SMU graphics for their racewear kits.

Design Manager Special Projects & Headwear Designer · Fox Racing
As design manager for lifestyle, I handle everything from concept, to CAD, to tech-pack, and sample comments for all the SMU and special projects that come through lifestyle. I also make monthly tee graphics packages for our top accounts.
I also handle the concept, CAD/wall-pages, and tech-packs for our inline headwear.
