I believe humans connect through storytelling, whether those stories are visual, written, or witnessed firsthand. I am passionate about community and shared experiences, and I strive for a purpose that contributes to something larger than myself.

• I have studied yoga at the 200 and 500-hour levels in the yoga and fitness hubs of the western world: New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. In addition, I have taught internationally from the Coast of California, up to Canada, and all the way to Sydney, Australia. The daily exploration of my solo practice and my continual studies in anatomy, movement, and yoga philosophy continue to inspire my teaching and all areas of my life. My dynamic sequencing offers students of all abilities a safe place to laugh, fall, sweat, bliss out, and get a little funky in the process.
