KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Manage all inbound FCL/LCL shipments from initial booking to Customs clearance at the port, and all outbound parcel/LTL/FTL shipments; • Daily review of all shipping and receiving reports and follow-up with warehouse staff, customers, and logistics service providers; • Lead inventory cycle counts and reconciliation in QuickBooks; • Maintain the Style Master and Bill of Materials within ERP system; • Oversee warehouse operations while focusing on ways to improve processes, systems, and increase productivity.

Managed all aspects of sales and operations (S&OP) for this international skateboard distributor, specializing in skateboards, equipment and accessories. Brands include Deville Skateboards, Navigator Trucks, and Ideally Suited OEM services. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Developed a strategic sales plan to successfully launch new domestic and international accounts that increased revenue by 85% for 2011 and 18% for 2012; • Company was acquired in 2013; • Hired, managed, and evaluated inside/outside sales team of seven members; • Cultivated relationships with customer base in the skateboard industry and uncovered new customer needs; • Created a Master Production/Shipping Calendar to maximize sales each season; • Streamlined systems that significantly decreased customer service costs and operational inefficiencies.

Managed warehouse and facilities operations for this international lifestyle apparel distributor owned by Mossimo Giannulli. Oversaw storage and distribution of brand clothing marketed as Modern Amusement, Lucky Brand, and Michael Stars (women’s accessories). KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Eliminated $45K in chargebacks within first month on the job due to pre-packaging errors; • Established an open-book relationship and educated 3PL on internal/external processes that drove improvements to total logistics performance; • Negotiated 50% lower costs for piece-in and piece-out rates at 3PL; • Achieved higher levels of inventory accuracy and visibility, which resulted in a higher fill rate with Majors, International, and web orders (3 straight seasons of on-time shipping); • Processed and received EDI orders, including allocation of all sales orders; • Reduced excess and distressed inventory by coordinating closeout order management.

Responsible for all production operations for this international sporting goods distributor, specializing in skateboards, action sports apparel, equipment and accessories. Managed complete line of products for seven brands: Birdhouse, Hook-ups, Flip, The Firm, Fury, Sk8Mafia, JSLV, and complete line of goods for Tony Hawk. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Lead, developed, and evaluated production staff of six members; • Managed high volume manufacturing of more than 3000 SKU’s; • Responsible for P&L, budgets, and all department purchasing; • Managed an international drop ship program consisting of 20+ countries; • Co-wrote a vendor compliance manual to standardize packaging and reduce chargebacks; • Monitored quality control from product development through production and distribution; • Coordinated hard goods component production in China and Mexico with assembly facilities in the US and China.
