After working in fire/industrial safety industry for years, first as a fireman and then in outside sales from territory rep to manager to Sales Director.

I am looking to leverage my strengths with interpersonal relationships, people skills, and business acumen to work in the industry were my personal passions live . Although Outdoor sports and lifestyle industry would be a change for me professionally, my all out personal and family interest are in outdoor adventure and lifestyle activates. I am motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn and apply new knowledge. As an achieving team leader and sells professional my experience and personal along with business skill sets allow me to be an asset to a winning organization.

Over see a team of sales reps and dealers(32) in a five state territory. Maintain P&L for this territory. Over the US territory for specific product line of search and rescue equipment. Product manager for SAR equipment and Water flow equipment for US territory. Handle trainings for all products for territory and all of US for specific product lines. Manage customer service and brand acknowledgement for new product lines with in territory. New business development.
