Product designer - tancia ltd — 2018 - 2020 Running a variety of design projects in the promotions industry. Responsible for creating new products from brief to mass production, which involves complex liaisons with a range of teams to ensure that their skills are optimised and the tight deadlines are met. Working with Solidworks, Illustrator and Keyshot to bring my drawings and design ideas to life before moving onto 3D printing, CNC milling and laser cutting to create final prototypes. r & D Manager - Frog bikes — 2016 - 2018 Managing and leading projects for one of the international leading children’s bike companies. Dealing with the whole design process from initial concepts, to 3D modelling and FEA analysis, through to mass production in factories across the world. Problem-solving on a daily basis, helping the company to develop new ranges of products to enhance the user's experience, including a globally recognised award-winning bike. lead designer - deisgnpye — 2015-2016 Running my own product & graphic design consultancy. It involved working closely with clients to convert their challenging briefs into initial concepts through to final products. I used a variety of my skills from conceptual sketching to 3D CAD & rendering. chalet host - ski amis — 2014-2015 Responsible for maintenance and organisation, including problem-solving and logistical challenges. Interacting with a diverse range of international clients and counterparts. designer - mass mould — 2013-2014 Designing many products for mass production from challenging design briefs, accommodating engineering challenges of the injection moulding process and consideration for the user ergonomics and interaction. I have designed internationally mass-produced products for global market leaders including Nestle, Coca Cola, Kenco and Innocent.
