I have dedicated all my free time to developing a product for babies that represents the lifestyle I love and that is skateboarding and surfing. I manage everything from overseas logistics and website development through Shopify, to the fulfillment to our customers and Profits and Loss sheets. I Love It!

Aviation Maintenance Team Supervisor · United States Navy
Projects & Operations Process Improvement
Led, mentored, and guided 20+ personnel. Prioritized and directed daily maintenance operations and completing
special project assignments impacting the seamless service delivery to 9 aviation tenant squadrons.
• Ensured the accountability and maintenance actions for 300+ pieces of equipment valued at $20M+
supporting 9 squadron departments, resulting in a 98% asset turnover rate.
• Developed goals, implemented plans, and held weekly meetings for the team, ensuring around the clock
equipment and operational readiness which increased the Ready for Issue (RFI) rate from 83% to 97%.
• Utilizing certified Quality Assurance Inspector methods, squadron support equipment assets were properly
inspected and tested for function, defects, and accurate identification labeling according to technical publications,
providing excellent customer satisfactory ratings.
• Successfully managed various naval aviation maintenance programs such as, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Tool Control, along with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) resulting in zero violations during 2 Annual
Command Quality Assurance Inspections.
• Guided quality maintenance procedures ensuring maintenance actions were done correctly while adhering to programs like tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, hydraulic contamination, and safety, which
resulted with no safety violations.
• Provided personnel with weekly performance evaluations and career guidance inputs, which directly
contributed to 6 personnel promotions, 50+ qualifications and licenses, and 3 QA certifications.

• Utilized the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Optimized Management Information System
(NALCOMIS) to skillfully and diligently lean aviation squadron support equipment production workload's
Maintenance Action Form (MAF) quantity to outstanding lows, resulting in a more efficient maintenance
center.
• Secured the prompt delivery of parts vital for repairing support equipment and client satisfaction by
collaborating with Supply Departments by using effective communication and stakeholder engagement
techniques.
• Facilitated logistical movement to acquire materials and created a contingency plan for the most cost-
effective preservation storage, which resulted in the ability to have immediate long-term storage preservation
of two aircraft assets.
• Led an RIE project to integrate a new tracking system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
developed plans for project, led a team of 7 personnel collecting and analyzing locations, inspection dates,
and ownership of calibrated assets; created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to expedite a tracking system
using formulas and table features.
