— JohnMy name is John Kaser.
I have worked as the lead designer at a screen printing shop, as well as other freelance work in apparel and marketing fields. I am fluent in the Adobe suite, but prefer Adobe Illustrator over all. I try and produce my work first from an illustrator's point of view, giving my designs a little more character. As a designer, I strive for the most creative and effective design solutions, while still completing projects on time and within budget. I receive a set of quarterly inspiration boards to use as inspiration for designs. I first sketch designs and send preliminary thumbnails for review. Once certain designs are chosen, I move forward with a more refined sketch and transfer to Illustrator or Photoshop to create the final product. I then submit final artwork for review and upon approval, send the working file.

Specialty Leasing and Marketing Coordinator · Burbank Town Center
I started off working solely with Specialty Leasing. Specifically I participated in drafting License Agreements, following up with tenants and their insurance certificates, rents due, and sales reports, and helping to oversee the day to day operations of the Mall. About a year ago, I was asked to assist the marketing manager with small projects regarding the renovation that is currently taking place both inside and outside of the Mall.

I worked for Bold Screen Printing for almost two years. I started as a basic designer, recreating designs in both Illustrator and Photoshop for customers. Eventually, I worked my way up to filming designs and eventually approving all aspects of designs, including color, placement, size, etc.
