Over 5 years experience as a marketing project manager working with (but not limited to) experiential, digital, and print.

• Point of contact and liaison between the creative, marketing,
domestic/international sales, retail, e-commerce, product
development, and website teams; provide direction and
support for all product releases and marketing promotions.
• Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, including initiation,
scheduling, budgeting, resource/ time management,
production support, post-production delivery, and closing
projects while utilizing In Motion project management
software.
• Track schedules in Smartsheets; maintain communication with
teams to proactively identify risks and find opportunities for
adjustments.
• Review, define and improve processes for all creative requests
resulting in timely completion of high quality, on brand works.
• Lead team member for the planning and execution of events
and trade shows such as CES.
• Process music license requests, and worked with global teams
to ensure all music used is consistent with practices and
guidelines contractually agreed upon.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful
photo and video shoots are conducted effectively and
efficiently.
• Assist in managing budgets and expenses of the marketing
and creative departments.
• Provide training for new hires and serve as a resource for
various company programs such as JDE Accounting, Google
Sheets, Box, Webdam, and Smartsheet.

Marketing Project Manager

•	Worked directly with purchasing manager, client engagement, and creative teams to identify and develop merchandise
•	Sourced merchandise suppliers (domestic and foreign) to then present pricing proposals to Client. 
•	Guided the project through the production timeline: PO creation, followed production timelines and deadlines, ensured supplier delivery
•	Coordinated hand-off to the fulfillment team and e-commerce team
•	Participated in weekly status meetings directly with the Client

Account Executive

• Defined scope, strategy and schedule of client projects;
effectively delegated tasks to ensure proper execution and
delivery.
• Served as the point of contact for creative, accounting, and
legal teams, and third-party vendors; relayed communication
between all teams of project for various requested medias
such as print, video, music, web and digital, e-mail marketing.
• Ensured all art files, video footage, content, copy, and email
lists for Scion campaigns and promotions were received
from each responsible team, then distributed the content to
complete each project’s lifecycle.
• Assisted with coordination and execution of nationwide Scion
activations at various auto shows and installations; led weekly
meetings with production, video, talent management, and
general staff to ensure all teams were prepared for events.
• Delegated tasks to teams at various client hosted-events
including: Scion Motivate – an entrepreneur competition, Scion
Epic FR-S -influencer campaign with Steve Aoki, Skybound
Entertainment, and Scion Rock Fest - an annual traveling
music festival.
• Headed all communication efforts for and at events, reviewed
outside submissions, maintained communication with
participants, and assumed accountability for task during the
duration of projects or events.
• Reviewed video content to ensure client’s brand guidelines
and desired tones were met.
