Hi there! I'm an alumnus of California State University, Dominguez Hills, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Human Resources. Go Toros!

With a background of ten years in the banking industry, I focused on people, operations and client management, as well as recruiting. Over the past four years at JP Morgan Chase, I developed a passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Partner, primarily focusing on full-cycle recruiting for retail, leadership, management, sales, and general business positions.

Currently, I serve as the Human Resources Manager at a product development startup for consumer goods in Orange County. In this role, I'm responsible for establishing and optimizing processes, as well as creating new policies and procedures and managing all aspects of the recruitment process. My aim is to cultivate a positive work culture that embraces cultural diversity rather than seeking only cultural conformity.

Outside of work, I'm enthusiastic about my family, Disneyland, traveling (recently visited Japan - ask me about it!), tech, AI, playing volleyball, and helping others in any way possible. Let's connect!
