Most recently, I was working as an international sales and development director at Merkava Co., Ltd, a professional manufacturer for the technical outdoor in China and Vietnam for more than 12 years working with brands such as Fox Head, Mountain Equipment, Wal-Mart, Target, Russel, Altura, 100%, Sprayway, Troy Lee Design, Madison, Royal Racing, North Face Japan, Session, POC and West Beach etc.. I was responsible for managing the international /domestic sales team, development team and material purchasing team in China, Korea, and Vietnam communicating with buyers, suppliers, and production team. I have a full knowledge of the cost structure, the development process and the recent high technical skill of the outdoor products covering woven and knit, fabrics and trims, the quality control and the full production process. To support the sales effort, I was heavily involved in key account management, purchasing time, production full plan, and production quality.

In previous I worked at two more manufacturers in China as a sales and development manager working with Inter Sports, Helly Hansen, and Regatta etc.

Also working experience as a textile buyer in a textile trading company as well as a coordinator at a shipping company gave me better position to manage and deal with all the related parties.
