Collaborate with Sourcing department, Designers and Technical Designer to create tech packs and specification sheets. Review lab dips and bulk fabric submits for quality and color accuracy. Drafted a process for the commenting and presentation of proto samples to streamline collaboration with Merchandise, Design and Sales teams. Communicate sample and bulk submit comments to vendors and maintained sample/production timelines. Negotiate costs with vendors to maintain margins and wholesale cost consistency across seasons. Travel internationally to build vendor relations and inspect new development and production.

Catalog patterns and approved samples. Digitize confirmed patterns into Optitex for grading and marker making. Create spec sheets and tech packs for new designs, as well as update existing styles. Use Adobe Creative Suite to create fashion flats under the direction of head designer to use for client presentations and internal documents. Work with in house seamstress to facilitate the production of samples. Work with head designer to ensure pattern changes are communicated to relevant parties. Review lab dips of production fabrics with design team and pass approved swatches to production team.
