Fit/measure drivers for custom suits/shoes/gloves and collaborate with drivers and teams on new suit, glove and shoe designs. Work with in house design team in Italy to get renderings and timeframe for new designs to meet team/event deadlines, help develop new/innovative products with athletes and inhouse R&D team.
