-Providing support for the store manager through driving store sales and productivity. - Training for new Keyholders and Brand Reps (sales associates) and upholding accountability on company policies and procedures. -Responsible for managing and accepting incoming freight and making merchandising decisions based on company mandated floor moves and promotions. -Supported making people decisions by evaluating potential candidates with Store Manager.
