- Own overall success of the Costco Roadshows direct sales channel for Aloha Soft with sales of $6.6 million dollars in 2017 - Main point of contact with Costco Buyers and Regional Managers - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and ensure long-term success and continuous improvement of the program - Overseeing the day-to-day operational and logistical aspects of the Costco Roadshow Program involving 50+ sales reps and 650+ shows a year - Own the planning, scheduling and execution of event details and logistics: Including rep communication, travel arrangements, inventory projections, supplemental orders, recruiting/training, payroll/commissions, merchandising, and working with shipping and fulfillment center to ensure timely pickup and deliveries

- Project Manager on all collaboration efforts for Beloved which included finding the right brand/athlete/artist to work with and was the main point of contact, negotiated terms, giving direction/feedback to our designers/photographer, sampling, working with marketing to generate a launch strategy (social media, email blast, press release, and copy), reaching out to publications/sponsors for features, and following up with our manufacturer to ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders - New Product development: Looked for the latest trends both in design and product categories and developed new products/collections based on these findings which included assisting with sourcing, tech packs, sampling, and marketing/promotion - Worked with our photographer and marketing team to organize and create photo shoots for product launches, site sales, and for social media content

- Chair of the University Fee Board -Given stewardship of $7,400,000 of student fees - Official Ombudsman for Utah State University - Represented student concerns over student services, auxiliary services, student government, and university administration - Served as a member on the Executive Council and represented the student body in over 25 committees - Summer internship with Dwight Davis, the Associate VP of Business and Finance at Utah State University -Worked with the Executive Directors for each Auxiliary at Utah State University including: Housing, Bookstore, Dining Services, Parking, University Inn and Conference Center, and The Taggart Student Center - Chair of the Student Voice Committee
