* Execute & implement SOP in production floor and regular monitor, ensure products quality from production line. * Hold Pre-production meeting for every new style and conduct inline/final inspection as per AQL standards. * Prepare weekly meeting report with having the raw data presenting through Pareto chart, bar diagram, Pie chat etc. to reflect quality status and point to improve. *Ensure the all technical issue during trial process and manage T4 meeting for shearing process. * Analysis root cause and provide CAP to customer as well as organized training for local management. * Perform quality audit and operations checklists. * Designing, developing & implementing different quality development tools & techniques. * Analysis QC and QA performance based on KPI & developing different parameters & checklists. * Implement and maintain inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standard for functionality performance. * Reviews quality data analysis based on monthly result to identify areas for improvement. Major Achievement: * Assured monthly AQL failure below 5% and customer claim zero. (AQL fail 2.9% and Claim reduce 40% in 2019.) * Increase standard quality level for Dr. Martens, Wolverine, CAT, Hy-Test, and Bates. * Led the QC issues for 20 lac pair of shoes per year by supervising a team of 200 people. Nominated as a trainer to training quality policy and continue improvement process. * Assured proper documentation of QC issues & preparing Audit documents & facing audit with satisfactory remarks. * Experience in footwear development, commercialization & production, lab assistant waterproof shoes, leather shoes, safety shoes, tensile test machine, lining, welt, carton etc. * Execute & implement SOP in Production Floor and regular monitor, ensure products quality from production line. * Perform quality audit and operation checklist. * We call meetings every week & every month technician to maintain the quality of work. * After receiving the report, I sent the shoes to different countries.
