Manage all Corporate, Marketing, Social and Sales events for Too Faced from concept to execution. Create seasonal event strategies and brand experiences for Marketing, PR, Social, and Sales teams. Create mood boards and presentation decks to communicate proposed event collateral and brand experiences based on event. Render and space plan event and tradeshow setups for proposals.Manage event logistics from start to finish to ensure that each touch point is accounted for; venue, catering, décor, and vendors. Partner with Analytics Manager to assess ROI on events and ensure each activation aligns with global event strategy. Manage all event budgets. Manage event development timeline from conception to execution. Manage timelines and requests to guide graphic designers in creation of all printed event collateral. Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator I assisted in the development and production of all ASICS marketing collateral materials to include catalogs, brochures, fliers, posters and assorted graphics. This position organized all of the information by product managers and their assistants as well as working with design agencies to excecute. Aside from working on collateral I also assisted in photoshoot prep which includes styling, organizing, and working on set at scheduled photoshoots.

Contract Assignment

RVCA

2013 – 2013

I worked underneath head designers and catalog developers on assignments that needed fast movement and expertise. These assignments included image manipulation, colorway manipulation, image processing and development. RVCA is on the forefront of clothing design seen personally while working on their Summer 2014 catalog. This particular contract assignment needed a well focused individual who had the expertise and skills to accomplish such tasks in a limited timeframe.

I worked with celebrity stylists, Jessica Paster and Luke Story on a contract basis. I was given a multitude of tasks which included the following: pulling and picking up garments from showrooms, organizing racks, making sure all garments were checked in and checked out for photoshoots/fittings. I also attended fittings for the Golden Globes and other red carpet events, and worked on editorial shoots for local LA magazines.
