Took charge of product management for diverse line of products manufactured and sold by the company. Oversaw all relevant product information on a variety of database and information systems, which included cost and pricing levels, detailed product information, product application data, technical and instructional information, and sales and inventory forecasting. Primary point of contact for all suppliers and manufacturing partners. Coordinated closely with the research and development (R&D) engineers on new products. Communicated with the Graphics and Advertising departments on packaging development, instruction sets, and media products in print, digital, and video formats. Provided supervision to staff of three personnel. Continuously developed written content for different aspects of company operations.

Managed the sports marketing program, supporting racers in order to market Motion Pro’s Powersports products. Drafted copy and content for Motion Pro press releases, for website and catalogs, and the majority of articles for the customer and dealer newsletters.

Managed all day to day operations of one of the busiest motorcycle dealerships in the Bay Area. Responsible for all 15 employees in four departments. Built and oversaw the computer network systems and maintenance, managed the service department, and worked to integrate all the departments of the business into a cohesive unit.

Oversaw the design, build, maintenance and operation of two class 10 cleanrooms and related areas, responsible for the duties of the cleanroom facility technicians. Developed all protocols and policies for maintaining and working in the cleanrooms. Responsible for all relationships with vendors and service providers. Directed internal operations that related to the overall cleanroom environment. Developed many protocols as related to ISO 9000 certification. Familiar with high vacuum, high purity gas and water systems, high purity aqueous cleaning systems, high voltage DC electropolish systems, cleanroom filtration and HVAC systems. Certified by many companies for service and operation of various cleanroom and high purity systems.
