(Envision Healthcare) Hybrid Master Data Management IBM Infosphere Implementation, Scrum Master. As Scrum Master across a handful of work streams, I successfully lead a team to implement a MDM solution. This project consisted of building a process of sending data from a specific source all the way through to a warehouse where we built Cognos Reports off of. I lead daily stand ups and was jointly responsible for the product backlog with the Product Owner. I used JIRA as a project management tool for Sprint Planning and other Agile specific attributes. I managed risks and issues as well as provided weekly status reports for key stake holders.

(Finish Line) Warehouse and Enterprise Order Management Implementation, PMO. As a part of the PMO, I redeveloped an overly complex project plan to focus on the tasks a work streams necessary to close out the project. This simplified plan allowed the project to more effectively manage the project by delivering accurate and timely data focused on the critical path items. Worked with Project Managers in all areas of the project to collect updates and progress of the their respective work streams and escalate issues and risks identified to project leadership. (Finish Line) Warehouse and Enterprise Order Management, Release Manager. Lead release approval board meetings to provide governance for code promotion, change management and release planning. Facilitated downtime, configuration and SQL scripts between testers, database analysis, and infrastructure teams. Proposed testing environments solutions for certain testing cycles and a backup plan for production databases.

(CNO) Developer on Sales Dashboard OneSource Team. Partook in migrations between multiple testing environments. Analyzed and reported magnitudes of defects through the migration process. Developed a tracking system used to track and report on critical documents through automated approval workflow in an FDA controlled environment. Tracked requirements from inclusion in design documents through successful UAT testing. Sat in on workflow process meetings as well as demonstrated project completions. Partook in daily stand-ups providing key information on project updates.
