Hi! I'm Hilary, a Los Angeles native who has worked for both startups and well established companies in the entertainment, commercial real estate, and online marketing industries. My passion has always been to help businesses on the back end through the operational aspects by creating efficiency and structure.
I started out as an Art and Photography major then graduated with a BS in Business Communications.
Side note: I'm obsessed with Taco Tuesdays, specialty coffee shops, traveling, surfing, and my two dogs.

Conducted studies of work problems, procedures, and processes to ensure a high level of operational effectiveness. Oversaw and organized all continuing education programs for the institute and clinic. Assisted as necessary with the use of effective marketing programs, such as advertising, signage, and client entertainment, in accordance with the company's goals and objectives. Consulted with vendors and analyzes vendor’s pricing and services to ensure that the company was obtaining the best products and services. Recruited, interviewed, and selected employees to fill vacant staff/administrative positions. Provided support to doctors with their course planning. Managed the San Diego office and team on a daily basis, and the Baja clinic on a monthly basis.

Oversaw and assisted in all listings, escrows, and closings for agents—including meeting accounting’s weekly and monthly deadlines for commissions.
