Assisted in the set up and break down of all the burton inventory. Creating a positive atmosphere where potential and current customers were able to learn and test Burtons next years merchandise.

Worked in the lift department assisting with set up, as well as running and maintaining the daily lift tasks. The main part of the job entailed a large amount of customer service, interacting and creating a positive reputation on our company for all those who visited.

Assisted the buyers in charge of women’s, men’s, and youth with any extra responsibilities needed taken care of. This included a variety of tasks from working with excel, full circle, and KWI, to pulling seasons samples.

Worked in Long Beach, CA creating content for the magazine Control Forever, which covers film, fashion, media, music, and events. Focusing mainly on writing about streetwear, lifestyle, and action sports.

Assisted the office manager with billing customers, invoicing, and sending month end statements. Included was accounts payable, receptionist, received and signed for high priority deliveries including products related to the business. Managed schedules based on geographically and logistically to meet our customers’ needs and timelines. Responsible for directing internal and external customer correspondence to ensure timely response to our external customers. Typed documents such as corresponding, drafts, memos, and emails for owner of the company. Greeted visitors and employees and routed incoming telephone calls. Opened, sorted and distributed incoming messages and emails. Purchased and maintained office supply inventories, and being care to adhere to budget practices.
