• Merchandises, maintains range and monitors sales for ten HFB’s for the website and mobile, $160m for FY16. • Works with marketing to implement breakouts/e-spots, navigational images, SEO’s and commercial calendar objectives. Helps with A/B testing, as well as visual aspects and giving recommendations on add-on products for the shopping cart. • Picks empty shopping cart images and special departments on the Blue navigational bar based upon seasonality and the commercial calendar, which I also maintain and developed. • Tracks page views for 1k URL’s both weekly and monthly. • Weekly and Monthly meetings with SL’s and commercial support for the US on new ideas for web merchandising, priority articles and concerns with range. • Manages and maintains internal search results for optimal conversion. • Looks at CVR, AOV, next flow process, customer loyalty with Adobe Analytics.
