Hey there! I’m Hanny, an illustrator and designer based in Indonesia. While I mainly do illustrations in semi realism style, I am very versatile in doing multiple different things within the scope of art; such as storyboards, set design, wardrobe design, character concept design, graphic design, and script writing. I am constantly looking for new experiences, unafraid to venture out of my comfort zone to learn something new. I can confidently say that my drive and my quick learning ability will help me adapt anywhere easily, regardless of working in a team or individually.

Freelance Illustrator and Designer
Freelance2017 – Present
• Designed batik patterns to be printed on cloth. • Designed the logo of Oasis Terapi (massage business). • Created the script and animated video (educational) for Binus International University Illustration Class material. • Collaborated with a team to create the wardrobe design and set design for the TV series “Mereka yang Tak Terlihat” by StroTV • Illustrated various works for clients’ non-commercial use • Manage and run my personal art account on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Artstation, INPRNT, Behance, DeviantArt, Artfol, Tumblr, Bubblehouse, and Pixiv. • Designed characters and their alternative design options as requested by clients.
Storyboard Artist, Graphic Illustrator, Social Media Content Creator
Ruangguru2021 – 2022
• Collaborated with a team in creating storyboards according to the script. • Gave inputs to the script in order to make sure the audience (kids) understand the learning material well by adjusting the flow. • Organized the set design, blocking, and key shots of the storyboards. • Managed the content production by making calendars and progress trackers. • Lead the script reading and contributed constructive criticism and inputs. • Created assets and templates for the educational content part of the storyboard. • Refined the storyboards and made the line work of storyboard frames to fit the style of animation set by the company GSM. • Prepared and organized warm up sketching sessions before work starts. • Composed scenes by combining characters, environment, and preparing the scenes to animate. • Created and organized content for social media after going through the content brief and giving inputs.

Caravan Studio2020 – 2020
• Collaborated in the production of illustrated keyshots for “Virgo and the Sparklings” movie. • Designed and illustrated potion bottles, speaking stones, rings, and weapons for a board game for Sky Kingdom Games. • Designed dragons initial concepts for DnD. • Worked independently on my personal illustration portfolio.

Mutualist Creatives2019 – 2019
• Created animation assets, scripts, and sample animations for Advista Life commercial. • Collaborated in designing the brand identity and concept of Par Adeline. • Collaborated in the production of various key visual concepts and billboard poster concepts of Purence Dew.

Login Communications2017 – 2017
• Created packaging design concepts, commercial keyshots and visuals for Gery Salut biscuit. • Documented and assisted the pre production to post production of Caplang Eucalyptus commercial, as well as contributed ideas in improving the final result. • Collaborated on the creation of key visuals for Chocolatos commercial.
