• Worked in the Call Center at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area which consisted of making all activity and lodging reservations for Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain, Bear Mountain, and Snow Summit. Went through training for activities and lodging in order to learn everything about all activities being booked for the mountains as well as all of the lodging properties. Used excellent customer service skills to take calls assisting guests with planning their vacation, pricing, reservations, and all general inquiries.

• Working in the recreation department includes extensive customer service to assist customers and check in guests for activities, informing guests about our department, the resort, and our services, monthly inventory, ordering product through wholesale, renting out sporting goods and gear, and making espresso. • Trained to guide flatwater tours on the Deschutes. Tours can range from 2-9 people of any skill level who can choose between SUPing or kayaking. As a guide I shuttle guests from the resort to the river put-in where we unload boats and then guide them up and down a stretch of the Deschutes river, explaining paddle and balance technique, educating about surrounding geography and creating a personable relationship with guests to provide them with an exceptional experience.
