I helped grow a start up Clothing Brand/Manufacture for 16 years. I began my early years as a warehouse Kid and developed my expertise in graphic design, product development, and production operations management. I was responsible for managing the workflow of the production floor a team of 20+ staff members. I implemented and developed tech packs, quality control sheets, and management systems for the entire work flow. I was the point of contact for key accounts while managing a team to execute quality product.

July of 2022 I helped start a new Company as the Vice President. I was given the responsibility to managed employees and third party service providers while attending and scheduling meetings to create staffing and company growth. I oversaw the entire organization and daily operations of the business. I was responsible to identify, manage, and grow equitable production partners and helped provide exceptional and timely services, products, and growth strategies.
