• Production Floor management of vertical textile processing. • Process control / selection of right Chemistry / supervision of textile processing (that is from selection of fiber, yarn manufacturing, fabric preparation by knitting, weaving, Terry towel, Tricot and non-woven products, its bleaching, dyeing, finishing and coating). • Coloring, color development and color management by naked eye and spectrophotometer and colorimeter . • Expert of textile Softline products and its testing including RSL/ MRSL testing. • Good in all kind printing techniques that is screen printing , chest printing ,rotary printing & flat belt printing.

• Trouble shooting, RND and proto type sampling • Product Development / Material selection / Product Management. • Creative Problem Solving / Continues improvement. • Project management budgeting, scheduling and Costing. • Safety and Risk Management of manufacturing. • Documentation and compliance of GOT, ASTM, Blue Sign, OKtex & ISO. • On production Floor training for each level staff from Injection training to all level processing /operational staff for production floor machine operations and procedures, training of Machines PLC and ERP system for process control, inventory control and quality by follow up of SOPS, production schedules of master plan the company.
