• Organize photoshoot for new products, adding them to multiple e-commerce websites. • Optimize and upload images in multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Ebay and Shopify. • Enhance images with photo editing techniques such as color correction, maintaining and organizing a digital catalog. • Support e-commerce business with the creation of weekly newsletters setup within Mailchimp. • Attend meetings to discuss engaging content and new ideas for the brands.

• Responsible for coordinating and producing a variety of visual graphics for magazine, brochure and ad layouts from concept to completion. • Clear communication with clients to gather material to design ads, meeting their expectations. Excellent customer service skills was a crucial part of the process so the clients would keep advertising in our magazines. • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as being able to work in a fast-paced work environment in order to meet production deadlines. • Set up production meetings with Marketing and Sales team to ensure that the client’s design needs are met and brand standards are maintained, within budget and production timelines. • Creating and updating graphics for company web-sites, maintaining the identity of company’s brands. • Create eblasts to inform clients the magazines/ads are published and also to promote our products/services in marketing campaigns.

• Expertise with Adobe software, techniques and design trends to produce visual solutions for print such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, banners, tradeshow display and any other material to assist the Marketing department. • Meeting with department managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job as well as estimating the time required to complete the work. • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for print design, making sure every work was proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work. • Contributes to team effort by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. • This position required knowledge in appropriate software/programming languages including Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS to help web designers update company’s web-site when needed.

• Combining graphic design with animation to create videos and presentations for a children’s learning DVD application. • Assist Art Director with motion graphics in Flash and After Effects to enhance client’s experience. For three semesters in 2009-2010, I attended an Interactive Media Certificate Program to sharpen my skills with the softwares mentioned in order to achieve company’s goals. • Design layouts and graphics for company’s web-site, contributing to the design group’s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s online offerings. • Design marketing collateral and determine target audience to promote their products. • Establish a working relationship with external vendors to ensure deadlines are met and material designed is printed to the highest quality.
