Empowered nonprofit organizations to take control of their data by executing user experience strategy and design, CRM consulting, and project management. Led a globally dispersed development team utilizing a dynamic Agile workflow. Performed integration testing and quality assurance in a version controlled environment. Provided help desk support, developed and conducted client training.

Using both in-house resources and third-party contractors, managed the architecture and strategic direction of IMBA’s interactive assets including a Drupal based website, a CiviCRM powered constituency relationship manager and the underlying MySQL, PHP and Linux technologies. Monitored the organization’s operational and business requirements, researching technology strategies and solutions, to build a cost-effective and efficient system to grow IMBA’s constituency via online acquisition of new subscribers, advocates, members, and donors.

Creative Director for a manufacturer of nutritional, lifestyle, and performance enhancing supplements and vitamins. Brand and product development, packaging, advertising, POP, web site traffic growth, web site graphics and UI for a variety of projects, taking products from concept to production.

I am working contract/part time with the Marketing department in the Rocky Mountain Regional offices, creating sign packages, ads, banners, menus, brochures, menus, and generally helping with the Wild Oats/Whole Foods store transitions.

Created graphics and web layouts for non-profit entities and small businesses which were then implemented using the Fuel Team's proprietary Web Driver content management system.

Worked closely in a creative team with a Principal/Creative Director to solve the communication needs of our clients and complete projects on time as creatively as possible.
