In my own words
— ErinA motivated and creative maker, I specialize in product design and development, and thrive in all areas of cut and sew manufacturing.
My experience working with a rapidly growing outdoor gear company in its start-up phase has provided me with the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the business, from the production line to process engineering and management. I pride myself in my adaptability, my keen eye for quality and details, and on being a highly dependable team member and leader. I find success through self-management with structure and deadlines and I always strive for continuous improvement.
