Store Manager responsible for all store operations and attaining sales goals. Regularly identifies strengths, opportunities, and trends in business to communicate with upper management. Strong focus on community outreach and cross marketing to increase brand awareness and overall volume.

In the absence of a store manager, fill in as the ultimate leader of the store. Develop and motivate entire staff to provide a superior level of customer service that maximizes sales and profits. Utilize and manage the use of weekly sales reports to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales. Communicate product performance observations and offer feedback to buyers/allocators. Manage all aspects of daily store operational controls. Maintain an awareness of apparel and accessory trends and relevance to the store environment. Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and minimizing shrink.
