Create tour schedules and plan worldwide travel arrangements while adhering to strict timelines and budgets in a fast-paced and moving environment Drive positive team atomsphere using motivational tactics to encourage touring crew and band throughout the course of 200+ shows per year in top national and global markets Guide efficient operations while managing various personality types and adapting quickly to new working environments Transform fragmented tour operations into streamlined process by offering approachable “open door” management style to internal team as well as third party vendors and staff Recruit, hire and train new crew members, providing ongoing mentorship during tours Design, implement and track tour budgets of $100K+ for multiple tours simultaneously Oversee timely payments to crews and faciliate end-of-show settlements with venues Configure and track budgets in Excel to ensure an organized work flow
