In my own words
— EmmaAs a Communications Coordinator at PORCA, I apply my social media and communication skills to promote and support the off-road cycling community in Pemberton.
I have been working at PORCA since June 2023, and I am passionate about creating engaging and informative content for our members and partners. I also work as a Store Lead and Social Media Coordinator at evo, where I have been leading and managing operations of the snow and skate retail store. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Brock University, and I have completed exchange studies at the University of South Australia and Linnaeus University, where I gained valuable insights into the global sport and tourism industry. I have also obtained multiple certifications in snowboarding, high ropes, and French immersion, which reflect my diverse interests and abilities. I am a sport tourism expert with a strong sense of adventure and a commitment to sustainability and community.
