Use of Netsuite, Zoho, Salesforce, Product Demandware and various other programs to fulfill consumer and business orders, warranties, returns, exchanges, and handle customer service requests/inquires for three different brands. •Troubleshoot customer issues or web issues. Place orders on behalf of businesses and consumers, and provide support for online Drop-ship Programs. •Fraud Check maintenance for ecommerce orders, and running open order reports, and back-order support for ecommerce orders. •Check voicemails and answer incoming/place outgoing calls regarding warranty processes, product inquiries, order issues and general customer service support. •Process and distribute Return Authorizations and shipping labels along with communicating company return policies, and distributing replacement program codes/directions to consumers who fall outside of warranty guideline limits. •Communicate with and help various departments out with miscellaneous tasks and assist in special projects upon request
