•	Responsible for Managing and hiring 21 Outside Sales Reps and an Inside sales Coordinator.
•	Overseeing and Managing Sales Goals, Sales Incentives & Creative deals
•	Created Display program that will help increase sales by 30% over the next 2 quarters
•	Key Account sales to REI, Sport Chalet, BackCountry.com, etc.
•	Rebuilt relationships with key specialty accounts such as Jacks, Ron Jon, T&C, Brave New World, etc.
•	Conduct Sales Analysis, Forecasts and Budgets; creating functional sales programs based on meeting goals
•	Key Accomplishments to Date:
o	Had our best monthly sales in over 10 years
o	Built trust with accounts to gain better retail footprint.


National Sales Manager 

•	Managed Sales for Key Accounts, 8 outside reps & 2 inside sales reps:
o	Sales Reports & Sales Goals (Special Sales Programs for Accounts to Incentives for Reps)
o	Presentation of Products, Marketing Campaigns & Special Events (Action Sports Contests to Eco-Friendly)
o	Bringing in Key Personnel that helped hit current Sales Goals 
•	Oversaw all International sales, Added 10 countries to Distribution base (Australia, Asia, Europe)
•	Drove Marketing by running innovative Ad campaigns, sponsoring Athletes & Events & Social Media 
•	Oversaw POP Development and Direction, as well as, Tradeshow coordination
•	Product Development Input - From inception to production I helped with creating new lines per season. 
Also set up opportunities for Special Made Units (SMU) & Co-Labs for Key Accounts.
•	Key Accomplishment:
o	Increased over all sales by 150% thru new opportunities & existing accounts in 1st year
o	Built a strong/established outside sales and distribution team
